I believe SAP is still trying to enter to that market, even the on premise SAP CRM didn't grow that much!

Solved...is a new description added to the task in the workflow, this text in the 7.1 version is not present, with 7.4 upgrade this text added automatically to the task, I have deleted this text and now work.
May be you can check the INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI and other RFCs.
Check in which destination SAP* is used.
Also, share security logs and default trace.
Generally creation of holidays and changes in Calendar will be done directly in the each system without transporting to avoid problem due to inconsistency in planning and sale activity (cross client setting). But still you can transport it from Dev->QLTY-> Prod by following menu path in tcode SCAL calendar->transport .

In this case you can get all message much more fast thats t-code standard MD06.
In this table you can also understand other very important MRP data that could be used for supplementar informations.
