Wilthholding in customer invoices

Hi,

ByD includes functionality for withholding in purchasing processes, however it does not have for sales process. We have a couple of scenarios where it is a legal requirement to do certain withholding in customer invoices.  Any recommendation or workaround for covering this scenario?
