Hi Sid, Thanks a lot for the response. The approval part of the process was not configured completely. So I have revisited the config and is working. Though I have minor issue i.e. with the Z application config Z_HRESS_AC_CATS_1 the application is not working. I have looked at the below notes, and understood that I have to modify the method OVERRIDE_EVENT_OVP in the standard component HRESS_C_CATS??
