Hi Experts,
I do have a doubt in functional specification document preparation on solution part of process flow of work flow.
My requirement is two level approval process and first level approver is HR lead and second level is HR manager and some time third level approval also required.(Here third level approver is not the part of the system and third approver is outside the system.
My questions are below
a) How to identifigh the approvers in the system ?
b) Identifying the approvers through OM positions or is there any other ways to find the approvers in sap system
c) Is Infotype 0030 any relevant to this process
d) If third level approval is required what is the solution and how to identifigh the third approver.
