Check your settings in following paths.

1) Plant Maintenance and Customer Service - Maintenance and Service Processing - Basic Settings - Define Shop Papers, Forms and Output Programs

Select application area as N for notification.

2) For setting user defaults.

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service - Maintenance and Service Processing - Basic Settings - Define Printer

here select "Set User-Specific Print Defaults" & use application are as N.
