view.xml could not be loaded Check for 'file not found' or parse errors.

Hi All,

I tried searching a lot of documenation to follow the error message --> 'Check for 'file not found' or parse errors.

Could anybody explain

1. how to check for file not found error and

2. how to check parsing errors via WebIDE ?
