Some things to consider as you make your decision: how will the upgrade impact other application areas, how long does it take to complete the upgrade process, and so on. In addition, keep in mind that we can expect that the IRS will continue to issue new guidelines, but we do not know the timing. If we take an example, such as if you start the upgrade on May 26th, and take one week to finish the entire process, you would finish the upgrades on June 2nd. This would leave you with about three weeks to prepare and submit the files to the IRS before the deadline of June 30th. Please consider some of these examples as you make your decision.
