Hello Denis,
As suggested by our friend Saravanakumar
you can remove the defect recording indicator from the MIC (Master inspection characteristic) then system will not populate any defect recording if you enter the incorrect results
but for that particular MIC it will show major defect
hence you have make the UD Forcefully
