Hi Gopalan,
1. Can you try to open the report using different browser(IE/Chrome/Mozilla) and check the behavior?
2. Restart CR 2013 Processing Server and Crystal Report Cache Server and check the behavior
3. If you have different Web Application Server, then use BI Launchpad/CMC URL of that Web App Server and login to the affected system and try to open the report. Does it throw error?
If it does not throw any error then you can try clearing the cache of your Web App Server of the affected system and then again try to open the report again.
