Could it be you have the wrong setting in V_503_ALL for U/MM in the 10th column labelled ESG [should be technical field TRFKZ]; it display a value of 0 instead of a value of 3... it should be 3 according to your screen shot V_T510 and V_T510F_B... this or the other way around of course V_503_ALL is fine but T510/T510F are not 
But even though this might be failing, I think T500C should kick in... mmm strange.
Can you test this change and post back?
