I don't see any issue with this phenomenon. It is possible that exchange rate difference arises in one currency type (Group Currency) and does not arise in another currency type (Company Code Currency which also may be the transaction currency). Please correct me if I am wrong or add any additional details which you see but the above post or screen shot dos not show.
