Hi Matteo,
Looks like you're creating a 'Static' parameter.
After you select a field in the 'Value field' drop-down, you also need to Select Action > Append all database values. This will add values from the database to the prompt.
P.S: You can also create a dynamic parameter by selecting 'Dynamic' from the 'List of Values' option.
