I have to stimate a project in which, I know as the release as the "plug in" of BW but I can't know anything of SAP ECC.
I need to know if exists a range of compatibility between ECC and BW.
Particularly, if the upgrade of ECC is mandatory or just suggested, when I upgrade BW to last release.
Unfortunatelly i have not found any information in PAM.
In my scenario, SAP BW version and plug in is : release 7.40 SP Level 6 SAPK-74006INPIBASIS
ECC version is unkown.
I need just load the data from ECC in a PSA to use delta function of BW.
Someone have worked in a scenario like this.
