Hi,
if you want add the another MD object you need to delete the data form DSO and cube.
for this object you not required historical data no need delete the data.
for MD object want historical informaion then delete the data form targets.
if client was required any back up data create the back up cubes load it into back up cubes.
add the new info object 3.x flow develop the new report according to requirments.
