As per my knowledge you can't test requisition process from transaction hrasr_test_process.
However you can still give a try by using the application directly from se80.
Try these parameters:
/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/asr_process_execute_ovp?PROCESS=HR_MSSRCF_REQUISITION&SAP-WD-CONFIGID=ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE_OVP_CFG#
