Can anyone guide me how to setup the following requirement
Basis Working : Monday - Friday (8:00 hrs)
We want to setup the system to log the overtime of an employee to Time in Lieu.
Employee works 8 hrs per day as standard. Employee overtime threshols is 4 hrs /day. Employee overtime to be calculated after the threshold time
For example: if an employee works 14 hrs for the day and log the time sheet for the total 14 hrs as actual worked.
system has to calculate in the way as ( 8+ 4 +2) hrs= 14hrs
8 hrs --> the actual / standard work / per day
4 hrs --> the overtime
2 hrs--> the overtime to be added the time in lieu account
