tx.sap pupup message issue

We are using EP7.0 with ERP system.

When we try to connect screen. it was found "tx.sap" pupup message.

For solve the this issue, we confirmed note 604324Internet Explorer: The Open/Save popup can't be unprompted.

And applied to solution at explore 9 version.

But pupup message was't disappear.

At explore 8 and 10 was't happen this issue.

the Security Update MS12-037 path was not solution.

Please tell me if it exist other solution.

We need solution at explore 9.
