Easy task to do, but the question upfront should be if all implications are thought through.
1. Usually all outbound conditions should be copied to the Claim! It's easier to have the inbound specific conditions already in the outbound pricing procedure
2. This new determined pricing procedure will afterwards most likely copied to the billing document and that could be claimed too. does your logic work there with the new determined pricing procedure? I wanted to go this approach once too, but we had several preceding outbound processes that lead to one claim process. The differenciation and determination of the pricing procedure in the claim was not possible for the rush process. a specific claim for each previous order/billing document would work
Anyways:
A copy control was not implemented by SAP, but a BADI provided: CRM_COPY_BADI_EXT that is called when creating Claims.
In Method MAPPING_FOR_EXTERNAL_DOC you can set a new Pricing Procedure
