Dear Experts,
I have a client wherein some of their items are managed by serial numbers. Our setup was auto create customer equipment card upon release in the General Settings. Now, there is this weird problem in SAP when a certain customer equipment card is opened, SAP B1 stops responding and thus the user has to exit B1. As a result, he/she cannot really open/update that certain equipment card. All other customer equipment card is accessible.
