In BNK_APP Process Payment how to add another item in Payment Run Icon?

Hello Experts,

In tcode: BNK_APP  , in Process Payment  there is  a Payment Run Icon and it includes  2 items (Payment Run List and Payment Program Settings).

My requirement is to add another item 'Payment Item Details' that when it is selected it will execute a customized program.
