With this BAdI you can manipulate both the quantity for MRP and for the pegged requirements.
If the quantity considered on the pegged requirements is 100 or 110, depends on your BAdI implementation. Please ask your ABAP consultant to create an implementation of this BAdI on your system and test the results.
