Hi Dren,
You should be able to view all libraries and corresponding Tables that its related to by navigating Transaction Code - GR23 i.e. Display Library.
If you notice any of the library for the table (that you are looking for to extract required data) then you can be sure that some library is avaialble for you to copy and create your customised one that you need.
Creating a new library without copying one that is provided by sap standard would be cumbersome and you may not be sure if your would reach your target.
