I have a pretty simple workflow:
1. Work item with deadline 7 days
2. Send a message on reaching deadline - just a reminder
The most trickiest part is that agents are defined in the work item in a rule (AC) based on responsibilities.
I need to send the reminder deadline message to the same agents, who failed to perform the work item. I tried to export a list of agents from the rule directly to the common workflow container, but it appears there only after the work item is completed.
I'm really stuck here. Do you have any ideas how to get the list of agents? I'm thinking about a separate dummy task, that will define the list of agents and save it to the workflow container. What do you think?
