I created a module for PBO in which I display an ALV and it works fine. Now my problem is that there's no toolbar on the screen and it looks like this:
I went to System -> Status... and GUI Status is "SALV_TABLE_STANDARD".
What causes absence of toolbar and defauld buttons not working (like "Back" and so on)?

myfunctions = myalv->get_functions( ).
myfunctions->set_default( abap_true ).
myfunctions->set_all( 'X' ).
does not help at all.
