the message is about incorrect credentials or user locked out nothing to do with unknowhost etc, so first check if the login name and password+token that you are passing is correct
you can validate by open the connection to Salesforce from the IE Explorer using the salesforce URL or you can also test from any other application that is connecting to SFDC
