Hello swapnil,
1. It is not possible to get the tasklist operations to any of the fields of the triggered Notification.
2. When we opted for Notification through plan, the Notification will have the tasklist details (not operations) in the Maintenance Plan tab of the notification.
3. If you create an Order through this Notification all the package operations will be copied to the Operations tab of the Order. Just try.
4. IP19, 24 will be displayed accordingly for the Notifications.
