Very useful info!
The only problem in our case is that when the users were creating these accounts, they were following a script during training sessions
They only used the QC.
So then it should have created the account as an active account?
I have a list of around 10 accounts that were created this way and have status In Preparation
I will continue to investigate and post a solution here if I find why this was happening
