Master Data Hierarchy Data Load Error after the migration from 7.0 to 7.3

Hi,

We recently upgraded our BW environment from 7.0 to 7.3.One of our custom Master Data hierarchy which is created in BW is throwing error when the infopackage is triggered. When I debugged in RSA3 its throwing error message sap error 6 in function module rss_program_generate.
