Worklist Entry logic

Dear All,

I wanted to know the basis for generation Stock Projection reason codes in SPW worklist report (O4TO_LIST, O4TB_RDALV) as explained in the link :Basis for Generating the Worklist - SAP Oil & Gas (TSW - Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench) - SAP Library

Please explain, Especially the logic for reason code R03: 'Out of Target Tolerance', We want to know to what target tolerance it is referring for
