Issue of Resource Bag Not Found for Fiori Track Sales Order App

Dear Experts

Currently I have an issue with the Fiori Track Sales Order App. When ever the App is launched from the Fiori Launchpad, it throws an error

1. message: {lang:en, value:Resource Bag not found.}
   1. lang: "en"
   2. value: "Resource Bag not found."
   3. 
      

I have already applied the note # 2001239, but the problem still exists.

We are at SAP_UI SP09, SAP_GWFND SP07
