Probably you may have to give some more info on what is RC 5?
Generally TVKOT is description of Sales organization specific to Language Key
just just whether RC is any language your might have created i dont see RC in standard
you can execute TVKOT for your sales organization and check the table entries
VF31 is used for Mass printing as rightly stated by you, may be the print program which uses might have called the description of Sales organization specific to Language using TVKOT table
execute TVKOT table entries and revert if you can get some clue out of it
