Hi Ganesh,

Try giving details as below and also ensure your host file in path C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc is showing and entry of Bo server IP and name to identify it

192.164.1.55     bobjdev.abc.com          # BO server

Systemname=fullservername/IP adress of server:port (ex: bobjdev:6400 or 192.164.1.55:6400)

Username:

Password:

Autherntication:Enterprise/LDAP/SAP

Ensure "Use in offline Mode" is unchecked.

Also, check with your administrator for the port to be used and if the port is already in the supported list on BO server.
